Building A Practice
Building a successful business is hard. The road to success if filled with all sorts of mistakes, errors, needless expenses, not having enough capital, having too much equipment, not having enough equipment, having the wrong equipment. How about all that money you have invested in yourself to get trained? How to you establish your fees, how to you collect your money, how do you attract clients, do you make house calls, how about phone, skype, join.me, or FaceTime sessions? These and about a million more questions have to be answered before you open your doors. Speaking of opening your doors, you need to decide if you want to run your practice out of your home, sublease an office, lease a private office, or simply go to the clients home or office to deliver your sessions.
In this workshop series, we partner with the attendees and provide them with over 30 years of business experience, from startup to emerging business, and finally to explaining and perhaps even opening multiple offices or even franchising your practice.
